Refund policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date, for any reason.

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, which is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Request one at paddle.net using the email address on your receipt, or email us at support@tradequote.ltd and we will arrange it. Refunds return to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.

Paddle's own refund policy also applies.

You can cancel at any time from your billing settings. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep Pro features until the end of the period you have already paid for, and your account then moves to the free plan rather than being deleted.

The free plan lets you try the full workflow before paying, so you can see whether TradeQuote suits your business without any charge.
