TradeQuote follows the way you already work. Five steps, all of them possible from the van.

Add the customer
Name, phone, email and the site address. Add them mid-quote if the call comes in while you're already on a job — you won't lose what you've typed.

Log the job
Give the job a title and description, and snap photos straight from your phone camera so you have a record of what the place looked like before you started.

Build the quote
Tap in labour hours and materials. Your default hourly rate fills itself in, and the subtotal, VAT and total add themselves up as you go. You can also just talk it through and let the assistant draft the lines for you.

Send it and get a decision
Your customer gets a tidy, branded quote with your logo and details. They accept or decline on their phone, and you see the result immediately.

Invoice and get paid
